Chicken Salad
Great food, lovely town and the Tavern is the gem. Beautiful building and decor
Turkey Club
I had this club a couple years back during an afternoon outing with my father. We are returning to Boone Tavern for the first time since tomorrow and I can not wait to try what else in on their deliciously crafted menu. While this is only the 2nd time going to the restaurant I know it will not be my last!
Duck Confit Fried Chicken Wings
The Duck Confit Fried Chicken Wings were some of the best chicken wings I've had. Have been thinking about them since then and might have to take my family back just to get them again! Highly recommended.
Applewood Smoked Bacon
I had bacon and eggs and they were quite delicious.
Berea Smash Burger
This is such a great burger! So fresh and delicious.
Chicken and Dumplings
It was the most amazing chicken and dumplings I have ever eaten! It was flavorful and beautifully crafted together in a dish that was as pretty to look at as it was delicious to eat!
Bread Pudding French Toast
Best French toast ever!!
Pretzel Crusted Trout
Hard to describe this dish as anything but Fantastic! The fish was cooked beautifully, firm but not tough. Just enough crunch to keep you interested.
Chicken and Dumplings
I ordered the chicken and dumplings, and it was outstanding. The roasted chicken had incredible depth of flavor — rich and savory. The dish was warm and hearty in the best way, deeply comforting without feeling heavy. It felt like an elevated take on a Southern childhood favorite: familiar, nostalgic, yet refined. Every bite was cozy, satisfying, and thoughtfully done. A true standout and a must-order at Boone Tavern.
